LCCU Fruits de Ponent today, March 21, the new digs of Lady Bell, a Brut Nature that comes to selecting grapes Macabeu, Xarel •lo and Parellada. After careful preparation and subsequent blending, Bell de Dama made the second fermentation in bottles in the cellar. 

 

The partners and employees of the cooperative have participated in the tasting of the new digs, which was held at the headquarters of Fruits de Ponent in Alcarràs. The president of the cooperative, Jordi Dolcet has chaired the event, which has also had assistance from the president and technical director of COVIDES, Joan Marcé and Maria Galup, respectively. 

 

Bell de Dama is the result of cooperation of the cooperative Fruits de Ponent cooperative with the main producer of cava in Barcelona, COVIDES. Jordi Dolcet has stressed in his speech that this is an example of cooperation that helps us promote the product range of agricultural cooperative Catalonia. 

 

The new champagne, pale yellow with golden reflections and small and persistent bubbles, has a dry taste, nice and round. It is suitable for sampling in an aperitif and to accompany both traditional and innovative dishes. 

 

Fruits de Ponent begin its marketing of Bell de Dama through their agrostores of Alcarràs, Benavent and Binacet.
