Covides renews its collaboration agreement with Vilafranca Activa

The wine cooperative Covides Vinyes-Cellers has renewed its collaboration agreement with the association of merchants and professionals Vilafranca Activa, reaffirming its commitment to promoting local products, proximity commerce, and the economic and cultural activity of the region.

This agreement allows both entities to continue developing joint initiatives that link the wines and cavas of the Penedès with various commercial and festive events in the town, such as the Festa del Comerç, Vijazz, Black Friday Week, and the Christmas Campaign. Among the most notable actions are Covides’ participation in tastings, shop window decorations, and special promotions in local establishments.

Vilafranca Activa recognizes Covides’ significant role as a driving force behind the wine-growing activity in the Penedès, valuing the work of small winegrowers and the development of a leading cooperative project that has contributed to the growth of wine and cava in the region.

Furthermore, Covides will provide bottles for events such as the Nit del Comerç, which honors the career paths of local businesses and professionals. The agreement also includes the presence of Covides brands on Vilafranca Activa’s communication channels, such as social media, press, and promotional campaigns, among other planned actions.

With this renewed agreement, both entities will continue to work together to support the local commercial and production network, reinforcing Covides’ role as a key player in promoting the Penedès wine sector and strengthening its commitment to local commerce development.
