Handcrafted elaboration following the Tradicional Method, it has been aged and matured in our cellar of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia.

Straw yellow colour and good formation of bubbles that string together. Aromas of aging and also of mature fruit and flowers. On the palate it is well balanced, round, dry and with a long aftertaste.

The great personality of this cava enhances any dish of the international cuisine: stewed meats and fishes, chesses, foie, and smoked foods and it is excellent as an aperitif.
