Covides presents the new Montse cava, the first product of the cooperative made with Pinot Noir

Covides presents the new rosé cava made from Pinot Noir and Macabeo, the first product with Pinot Noir of the cooperative.

This cava has been elaborated with the traditional method, aged and matured in our cellars in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia. It has an attractive pale pink color, lively and bright. Floral and red fruit aromas stand out. In the mouth it is round, pleasant and creamy, with a long and persistent aftertaste. Its characteristics make this rosé cava ideal to accompany dishes such as soft cheeses, sushi, seafood, fish stews, rice dishes and it is also excellent as an aperitif.
