Tasting note

This Cabernet Sauvignon Mas Llinda expresses the land from which it comes. Intense garnet color with violet nuances, it has aromas reminiscent of cocoa and dried plums, in the mouth it is round, elegant, with a long aftertaste with sweet tannins.

Elaboration

This excellent organically grown Cabernet Sauvignon is harvested manually with a maximum of 25 kg per box. The grapes come from a small vineyard in the heart of Penedès. They were left to mature at their optimal point. The harvest took place at the end of September and all the grapes were manually selected one by one in the vineyard. Only those with exceptional characteristics were harvested and put in small boxes for processing.

The characteristics of this Cabernet Sauvignon make it a very gastronomic wine, ideal to accompany stewed meats, aged cheeses, sausages, grilled meats and in general consistent dishes.
