Tasting note

Pale yellow color with light golden hues, good release of small bubbles that end up forming a cheerful crown of mousse. First impression: nice, strong and fine. Subsequently distinctive floral and honey aromas of aging in bottle are distinguished. In the mouth it is dry, nice and round; with very good aromatic persistence. Balanced, harmonious, honest and very good persistence.

Elaboration

This cava brut is born from the selection of the best grapes, a careful production process, the second fermentation and subsequent aging in our cellars in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia.
