INFORMATIONAL CLAUSE ADAPTED TO THE EUROPEAN GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION

In accordance with the regulations on the Protection of Personal Data, this clause hereby authorises that the personal data provided be incorporated into a file under the responsibility of COVIDES S.C.C.L., with headquarters at Rambla Nostra Senyora, nº45 1r, 08720, Vilafranca del Penedès.

The purpose of this initiative is to manage your request. These data will not be transmitted to third parties and will be saved whenever indispensible or legitimate for the data capturing purposes intended.

In any case you will be able to indicate the annulment of consent given, as well as exercise the rights of access, rectification or deletion, restriction or opposition, as well as the right to data portability. These claims will have to be made at Rambla Nostra Senyora, nº45 1r, 08720, Vilafranca del Penedès or by email rgpd@covides.com.

You may also file a claim, if you so consider it, in front of the Spanish Agency of Data Protection (AEPD).
