Tasting note
This Xarel·lo Mas Llinda expresses the terroir from which it comes, pale yellow in color with golden tones, it has aromas of anise and tropical fruit, on the palate it is warm, with fruit and a slight mineral nuance.

Elaboration
This excellent organically grown Xarel·lo is harvested manually with a maximum of 25 kg per box. The grapes come from a small vineyard in the heart of Penedès. They were allowed to mature to their optimal point. The harvest took place at the end of August and all the grapes were manually selected one by one in the vineyard. Only those with exceptional characteristics were harvested and put in small boxes for processing.
Conservation
Keep the product in a cool, dry place protected from light. Avoid sudden fluctuations in temperature and contact, or proximity, with sources of intense odors.
