Mr. Naoto Watanabe, Japanese consultant expert in Spanish ham and sausages and author of the book “Secret of Iberico pig and Spanish ham”, is linked to a client that we have recently made in Covides. As a result, the client asked us if we could offer some samples of the cava they buy from us (Cava Gran Gesta Brut and Brut Rosat) for an event that Watanabe was doing at the sommelier school.
