Tasting note

Pale yellow flecked with gold, with a steady stream of small bubbles forming beads. First impression: good, powerful and refined; aromas from bottle-ageing, as well as ripe fruit and flowers, can be detected. It is round, pleasant, long-lingering and fresh on the palate. Well-balanced, harmonious, direct, dry, with a long-lingering and pleasant finish.

Handmade with the traditional method, it has aged and matured in our cellars in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia.
