The 26th edition of the “Japan Wine Challenge”, the oldest and most prestigious competition in Asia, was held in December.
The Japan Wine Challenge is undoubtedly the most professional wine competition in Japan. The judges for the past 20 years are a veritable who’s who of leading figures in the wine world, in Japan and internationally. Its co-chairs are John Salvi MW (the longest serving Master of Wine who needs no introduction) and Katsuyuki Tanaka (Japan’s number one wine writer). The latter works tirelessly each year to identify, encourage and train the best Japanese wine professionals as world-class judges.
These include the best of Japan’s 20,000 sommeliers, winemakers from Japan’s top wine producers, and buyers from Japan’s leading wine department stores and retailers. Our international judges are household names around the world.
In this edition, we are very proud to announce that we have won the following medals:
Silver Medal
Molí de Foc Brut
Bronze Medal
Xenius Brut
Terra Terrae Brut
Gran Troya Brut
As always, we keep adding reasons to continue working and producing the best wines and cavas possible.
