Tasting note

Very pale hue with slight green tints and beads of tiny bubbles. First impression: very elegant and fresh with notes of peaches and apricots. Round and very smooth on the palate, with ripe fruit and pastry on the finish. Round, pleasant, fresh and lively.

Elaboration

We have selected our best organic farming grape plots of The Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada varieties. Its elaboration, second fermentation in the bottle and aging has been as careful and natural as possible to enjoy this brut organic cava.
