Tasting note
Pale yellow in colour with golden hues. Intense aromas reminiscent of rosemary, honey, pine kernels and almond blossom. Warm and oily on the palate, with a long, persistent finish and hints reminiscent of stone fruits such as peaches and apricots.
Balanced, rounded and very persistent aftertaste.

Elaboration
Once the best grapes of each variety have been selected in our organic farming estates in the areas of Lavern, Pla del Penedès and Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, we let them ripen to their optimum point of quality then we harvested Chardonnay in mid-August and Xarel·lo and Muscat in mid-September.
Once in the winery all the grapes were destemming and in the case of Chardonnay we carried out a slight maceration with the skins at a low temperature. Flower musts obtained from each variety fermented separately at very low temperatures. After the fermentation we did the coupage and the traditional stabilization by cold.
