Tasting note

Pale yellow with golden reflections, it has a splendid effervescencia with rosaries of very fine bubbles that form a crown. On the nose, tropical and citrus notes stand out with a background of toast. The palate is meaty, long and complex, predominate notes of pastry and tropical fruits.

Second fermentation in the bottle and long aging (24 months in the cellar) has been as careful and natural as possible to enjoy this organic cava brut reserva.
