Tasting note

Pale yellow with green reflections has a splendid effervescencia with rosaries of very fine bubbles that form a crown. The nose is fresh, with notes of peach and apricot. In the mouth it is round, very pleasant with a finish reminiscent of ripe fruit and pastry.

Its elaboration, second fermentation in the bottle and long aging has been as careful and natural as possible to enjoy this organic cava brut.
