The 32nd President of the Generalitat Pere Aragonés has toasted to his new position with our organic and vegan Terra Terrae Brut cava, made with the traditional varieties, Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada, which are born in the vineyards of the Penedès. This is what the journalist Empar Moliner said in Cataluña Migdia.
This cava has been produced and certified under the precepts and requirements of organic agriculture, both in our vineyards and in our winery. It is the result of our commitment to the territory, sustainability and respect for nature and the environment.
The great personality of this cava makes it ideal both as an aperitif and to accompany dishes of the most exotic cuisine, such as Asian, and the most traditional, such as Mediterranean. It is perfect with fish, soft cheeses, seafood, rice dishes, smoked salmon, elaborate salads and white meats.
